Detail study to be done and guideline to run chiller to be prepared and display on machine .

detail technical back up to be attached.

Find root casue of bush failure of serrator unit gearbox

Do details analysis and find root cause of failure of bush

We observed in both machine , oil leakage from serrator unit gearbox due to its oil seal lip & o-ring damage .hence we further more checked & found oil seal cover back side distance piece wear out ( means its length shorten instead of its original length size) . so I humble request you please give us the root cause why this happened ????

Can you give us its O-ring & distance piece as FOC but mean while give us its drawing on urgent basis.

Sf-2 -Uncoiler unit chuck centre stud broken - Need to develped and replaced

spiral finning machine 2 , un coiler unit chuck center stud was broken during running condition. Why this failure occurred??? please kindly give us the cause of that failure but mean while can u send us stud on urgent basis as FOC & also send us its drawing.
