Abnormal sound observed when 50 t inside crane moves above vtl

VTL- Issue observed during PM -23-2-2017

• Ram balancing cylinder Cross rail - slight leakage observed - To be kept under obsrvation and concluded- vaibhav
• Main power on /off switch not working Ok- New lever to be searched and installed- Satish/Niraj
• Handwheel e-switch to be replaced - Satish

Pema incident creating point not cleared

Pipe was required to be cut as per actual requirement, and provision for rounding off was required to be done as explained to alpesh

Jurastic y axis breaking issue

Due this problem spindle is come down by 3 mm when power trips

  Needs to check backlesh.

Crane gear box oil to be replaced

Do oil testing of crane gear box and take decision of replacement
